Professor Lyndon Barrois Jr. is among the nearly 400 artists who have contributed work to “Incognito,” the Institute of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles’s annual benefit art sale. Each artist contributed 12 x 12 inch original works of art in any medium of their choosing, and all works will be sold for $500. The artist of each work remains anonymous, their identity only revealed after the purchase.
The fundraiser will be held virtually on October 17. The event will kick off with a 45-minute program featuring ICA LA staff and board members, as well as artists who know and support the museum. There will also be special guest performances by Los Angeles artists such as Stephen Prina, collaborators Jade Gordon and Megan Whitmarsh, and the comedian, actress, and writer Kate Berlant who does psychic readings with artists Nayland Blake, rafa esparza, and Tala Madani. After the program, the online art sale will open.
