Professor Kristen Letts Kovak‘s painting “Fig Leaves in a Bat Costume” is included in “Portals,” an exhibition of work by members of Group A. The exhibition also includes the work of Patricia Barefoot BFA ’87. “Portals” is on view March 15 through April 28.

According to curator Kate Lydon, “Intriguing, playful and provocative, the exhibition highlights a unique selection of representational and non-objective works by Group A members and guests. Using color, shape, size, scale, and in some cases, the process itself, the featured artists share a language-both deeply personal and universal-grounded in abstract.”
