Professor Britt Ransom was awarded a Spring 2022 Hopper Prize. Twelve artists are selected annually through an open calls. The jurors for spring 2022 were Jody Graf, Assistant Curator at MoMA PS1 and Pamela Meadows, Curator at Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art.
On the occasion of the award, the Hopper Prize published an interview with Ransom where she discusses her artistic practice, including how she became interested in art making, what she’s working on now, and what inspires her practice.
