Lena Chen (MFA ’22), along with Professors Andrew Ellis Johnson and Mary Tremonte and Professor Emerita Susanne Slavick, are part of “The Art of Democracy,” an exhibit at Brewhouse Arts exploring democracy in the context of the current political climate.

Jamie Earnest (BFA ’16) and Matthew Constant (BFA ’18) are both exhibiting in “Nearing Each Other,” a new group show in Carnegie Museum of Art’s Forum Gallery.

Dana Lok (BFA ’11) is opening a new solo show with Miguel Abreu Gallery in NYC on November 14.

Carolyn Muskat (BFA ’87) will be participating in the Hanoi Art Connecting 7 International Art Workshop and Exhibition in Vietnam, as well as Nakhon Sawan International Art Festival 2024 in Thailand.

Ann Rosenthal (MFA ‘99) and Maria Mangano (BFA ’06) are showing as part of “Three Rivers/Five Artists” through December 6 at Unitarian Universalist Church of the South Hills in Pittsburgh.

Paul Rouphail (BFA ’10) opens “Hammer,” his third solo show with Jack Barrett Gallery, on October 25.

Semi Ryu (MFA ’02) is the principal investigator for “SentimentVoice,” one of six projects funded by the Commonwealth Cyber Initiative (CCI) at the Torpedo Factory Art Center in Alexandria, VA.

Char Stiles (BCSA ’18) performed at “Robots, Algorithms & Mad Science” at Hex House in Brooklyn.

Jina Valentine (BFA ’01) reflects for Mousse magazine about political statements, how they are made, how they foment change or fold under the weight of bureaucratic excesses in “In the Weeds: Policy Problems.”

Audra Wist (BFA ’12) is in a group show “Survivor-Girl” at Ruby/Dakota in NYC opening on October 24 through December 5, 2024.

Sherri Wolfgang (BFA ’83) is part of the 8th Annual Juried Exhibition at Wausau Museum of Contemporary Art, through December 28, 2024.
