Professor Alisha Wormsley‘s work is part of “We Out Here,” an exhibition about the celebration of Black culture, history and the dynamics of 21st century Black identity. Curated by JstnClmn and Tara Fay Coleman, the exhibition is about representation, visibility on one’s own terms, and the agency to do so — the underlying sentiment in the phrase, “We Out Here.” The exhibition is on view February 7 through April 3 at Denison University’s Art Space in Newark, Ohio.
