Steven Sontag
Adjunct Instructor
Steven Sontag is an Adjunct Instructor for both the School of Art and Carnegie Mellon Architecture. He previously served as the Assistant Director of the Carnegie Mellon Architecture Shop. He is currently enrolled in the Masters of Design in Design for Interactions at the School of Design.
Steven graduated from Carnegie Mellon with a Bachelor of Architecture in 2021. During the few years before he returned to Pittsburgh, he worked as a fabricator and designer of custom furniture, objects and ice sculptures.
When he is not instructing courses or designing for interactions, Steven enjoys pursuing new skills and crafts, currently he is learning how to weave baskets.
