Professor Clayton Merrell received at $6,400 grant to develop a new body of visual art that explores global ecology by transforming images of classical and sublime landscapes. The grant, given by The Heinz Endowments and The Pittsburgh Foundation, are part of an ongoing partnership to invest in Pittsburgh-based professional artists.
