The Dorothy L. Stubnitz Professor of Art showcases new prints with Artists Image Resource at the first Brooklyn Fine Art Print Fair co-organized by Powerhouse Arts and Fine Arts Baltimore.

Professor Clayton Merrell’s recent prints will be featured by Artists Image Resource (AIR) at the Brooklyn Fine Art Print Fair, running March 27-30, 2025. The fair brings together more than 40 galleries and print publishers, along with a diverse range of artists, book arts purveyors, and academic printmaking departments.

Merrell is joined by several School of Art community members, including alumni Leslie Golumb (BFA ’75), John Lysak (BFA ’88), Burton Morris (BFA ’86), fellow faculty Professors Kim Beck and Alisha Wormsley, and emeritus professors James Duesing, Patricia Bellan-Gillen, and Susanne Slavick.

The event, co-organized by Powerhouse Arts, aims to expand accessibility in the print market while reaffirming New York’s role as a leading hub for fine art printmaking. Held in the Grand Hall at Powerhouse Arts, the fair offers a dynamic platform for printmakers of all backgrounds, fostering new connections between artists, collectors, and institutions while highlighting the richness of contemporary print production.
