As part of Philadelphia Contemporary’s series “Museums of the 21st Century,” Professor Rich Pell, Founder and Curator of the Center for PostNatural History, will be in conversation with Niki Stewart, Chief Learning and Engagement Officer a the Academy of Natural Sciences. Pell and Stewart will each present their perspectives on the future of natural history museums, and potential intersections between scientific research, public intellectual platforms, and contemporary art.
The event takes place at The Academy of Natural Sciences at Drexel University, the oldest natural history museum in the Americas, on September 13 at 6:30pm.
