The 15th edition of “Games for Change” presents panels, talks, and workshops around emerging sectors in the impact games field. Programming is divided into three broad categories: Civics & Social Issues, Games for Learning, and Neurogaming & Health. The festival brings together people from academia, government, media and technology, nonprofits, health, social and civic organization, and the games industry.
Professor Angela Washko will present “The Game: The Game,” video game presenting the practices of several prominent seduction coaches (aka pick-up artists) through the format of a dating simulator. The talk will take place on the campus of Parsons School of Design at the New School (63 5th Avenue, New York City) on June 29 at 11:45am.
