Sherri Wolfgang BFA ’83 presents her first solo exhibition Jun 1 – Jul 31 at the Housatonic Art Museum, Bridgeport, MA, with an opening reception Jun 15 from 5:30-8pm.
After graduating from CMU Wolfgang lived as a commercial artist in NYC. She formed a reknowned illustration studio, called Dynamic Duo, creating covers for Time, Barron’s, Sports Illustrated and Business Week, and helped with ad campaigns for Coca-Cola, Burger King, IBM and MTV. Although she has painted her whole life, the last ten years have been focused on “Contemporary Renaissance” figurative painting.
