Professor Alisha Wormsley‘s work “There Are Black People in the Future” is featured in last weekend’s issue of T: The New York Times Style Magazine. The print issue features a full page image of Alisha’s text “There Are Black People in the Future” on Professor Jon Rubin’s The Last Billboard. Wormsley’s text was removed by the landlord.
The essay and portfolio featured in the magazine are a preview of the book Black Futures by Jenna Wortham and Kimberly Drew, which will be published in December by One World, an imprint of Random House.
